Hi! I have a feature request about a readymade single shop page template. I would like featured product image in one column (with the small gallery images on either side) and then product description below that. Maybe width 3/4. Then to the right I would like 1/4 column with price, reviews, purchase button, vendor information and some custom fields and other stuff. A more marketplace look template.
I would love an elementor widget with tabs where you could place any dynamic content/custom fields on tabs.
Is this something you could consider? Your theme looks very well done, it’s just the shop page that is a bit far away from what I’m looking for.

We are actually doing research for improving single product page and release it in 2.3 ( we are currently in 2.1 ) and it may take sometime before we do that.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. It is better to choose one page builder. Its completely your choice. The theme is not dependent on any page builders. You can get all the pages of the theme using templates itself.

Hi! Where can I see the dokan vendor specific pages? I don’t see dashboard and all the other dokan pages. Also, are there any design in the theme where there is a menu/panel with quicklinks for lgging into dashboard accessing account pages etc? I would love to see the backend. Thanks!

Hello, I´m trying to translate the theme to portuguese (Brasil). I tried with poedit and locotranslate.
I created .po and .mo files (electro-pt_BR) , put them at wp-content > languages >themes and didn´t work 
I deleted all and started from loco translate. Nothing again.
My wordpress and woocommerce are in portuguese (Brasil) and working well.
What I´m doing wrong?

The theme is translatable and we have included all the strings with the pot file. You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. You can find instructions here : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#creating-custom-translations-with-loco-translate
Our only additional instruction would be to save the translations in “System” folder instead of “Author” folder.

Dear Ibrahim, I have moved from one hosting provider to another . Now when i downloaded theme again and tried to import demo content it gives me error “Internal Server Error (500). Although error appeared yet content did import properly. Do i still have to worry about the error because it might have missed some files?

Because i have shifted from one hosting provider to another i copied wp-content file,i could not recover my previous products so i deleted electro theme through filezilla and installed it again. Now media contains allot of media files but i could see 3-4 copies of each image along with a number of blank images.

You can use on_sale with other attributes like category for slugs but no tags.

Hi, Your themes looks very nice, but before I purchase the theme, I have some Questions:
1. Can I have a button beside the add to cart/buy? this button will lead the buyers to the page of souq.com or amazon.com where I also put the specific products. This just mean, that they can buy my products also to amazon.com.
2. What are the payment gateways available when the user want to purchase the product?
3. Is this generate invoices?
4. Automatically detection, if I set in back-end that the product are only 5 stocks left, in front-end/live website should be shown 5 products left. is this kind of features available?
5. Is there data management of each product? where I can monitor the stocks, SKU Number, colors, brand..etc.
6. Can i put sales(tag) of discount(tag) in each product if I have for example 50% off?
7. Is this RTL and multilingual Ready? or Do I have to buy separately WPML Plugin in order to have drop down language?
8. Is this Multi-currency?

1. You should add a custom button via custom code only. However if they are affiliate links, it is included feature of WooCommerce.
2. Payment gateways depend on your location. Payment gateways work independent of the theme. Our themes also don’t have any code that would change payment gateway’s work. We have only added styles that is how they look and not functionality that is how they work. WooCommerce has varied options for Payment gateways. You can read about payment gateways available with WooCommerce here :
2.1. Core Payment Options : https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/sell-products/core-payment-options/ 2.2. Other Premium Gateway options: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/premium-payment-gateway-extensions/
3. Generating invoices are outside of theme’s scope.
4, 5. Yes, WooCommerce lets you manage inventory and display options accordingly.
6. Yes, you can.
7. The theme is RTL ready. By default WordPress does not support multi-lingual websites. However there are plugins like WPML, Polylang, Weglots, etc that allows you to extend WordPress to create multi-lingual websites. Please note that support for these plugins are outside of our support scope.
8. There are no included multi-currency plugin. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins ( WPML has an included currency switcher ).

Thank you for getting back. Import is outside of theme’s scope. A theme does not perform import operation. There are WooCommerce to Shopify and vice-versa importers. You can use any of the theme to import your shopify products.

Your theme needs woocommerce plugin right? so in the woocommerce plugin, is the import already included in that plugin? I don’t have yet experience using woocommerce.
