Hello! If I want to use Curvy Slider V2, why should I have Azoom Theme? You can’t update the slider as well for Quasar? And the same question for Rock Form Builder v.2. The same components but updates are only for a single theme. Should I roll a coin before buy? Thank you!

Thanks for buying Quasar Theme I guess there are some confusions here. First of all, we haven’t advertised anything about Curvy Slider V2 in Quasar Theme. We have absolutely no statement about Curvy Slider V2 in Quasar. Different themes, different features.
We are optimizing Curvy Slider in our themes specifically. So we can not use V2 in Quasar. And again, V2 is not advertised anywhere in Quasar. Because it’s something built for Azoom Theme only. It’s features, requirements, style etc optimized only for Azoom.

You can use our “checkbox” element as “required” in your Rock Form Builder to let users know what type of data you are collecting. We are not holding any type of data in RFB. All email contents send to your email email address.
However, will also bring a link feature for checkbox label on our next update. This will allow our users to link to their data collection details page while making their visitors aware of the type of data form is being collecting. If you are in hurry, you can contact us via our email for having the latest version of RFB. Because we do not have a specific time for the next update yet.

Can you make sure you’ve got no broken files. You may want to update the theme via FTP.
Also, if you see this error, server should have an error file. Can you contact to your hosting and ask them to check your error files. It could be something related to server settings.
Also, if you are using 3rd party plugin, try to disable them and check that again.

About Curvy Sliders. I didn’t find how to duplicate scenes, inside a slider. This should be great to make easier to use. How can I do that? And there is how to merge two sliders, creating a third one with all scenes?

There is no duplicate scene feature in Quasar’s Curvy Slider. Also there is no merge feature in Qusar’s Curvy Slider too. You can build a new scene or new slider manually of course.

But i can tell you Quasar version 3.0.5 is working perfectly with latest WordPress version If are you using any cache plugin clear cache after installation. I’m not a tech person. I assume you were not having these issues before. So to solve the issue we should fix the server first. Can you contact to your hosting and ask them to check your error logs. They should check all server error files. Because it seems like you are not able to use “admin-ajax.php” file. Which is one of the core files of the WordPress. There could be different reasons for that. Ask them to check your “mod_security” and make sure it is not blocking “admin-ajax.php”. Your hosting will see the broken side of the server when they read the error logs.

Hello, I have been on the phone with Godaddy for over 2 hours and they have checked the admin-ajax.php and there is nothing blocking the file. The error logs are not showing anything. They also checked the mod_security and nothing blocking the ajax file. Your email was foward to the tech at godaddy Please advise

Tech team and XanderRock, I have contact GoDaddy support hosting provider and they have increase PHP for WordPress and its still not saving. Also we used the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and that saved just fine. Hi,
We are back! I’ve just tested this out on our dev environment and it seems to work fine. The error log that shows this message, should be related to sidebars. You can easily fix it by going to “Appearance > Custom Sidebars” and then building a new sidebar.
However, saving issue you are having seems to be related to something else. I can see you are an old user of Quasar. How long have you been using Quasar actively? Was it saving earlier? What was the latest steps you took which changed the system? When did it stop working? If you are using any 3rd party plugin, try to disable them and check again. That may fix your issue.

Welcome back XanderRock Been a member for a while. I got it to save on the pages that was imported and it edits some content and it saves, however In the theme option it will not update and save. What could cause that? Im using the newest version theme 3.0.5

When you are not able to save in Theme Options, it should throw an error. Let’s check basic things first. If you are on Google Chrome, hit F12 to enable Developer Tools. Then go to “Console” tab. And refresh the Theme Options. Then make some changes and click on save. Check if you are seeing any error messages in the Console.

As I can see there, “admin-ajax.php” file could not be reached. You can see the first message is red. Which means there was an error. And the error is related to “admin-ajax.php” file. It could be related to “mod_security” as well. Which was our first guess. But it could be related to data size which should be received by the server as well. As can be seen in the error logs clearly, something is wrong with the “admin-ajax.php” file.

I’ve checked the details of the issue you had 9 months ago. That was related to colors. Which had different HTML tag in WordPress update. And we had updated Quasar to fix it. However, the issue you are having right now is not related to Quasar. It was working before and now it doesn’t work on your end. We are unable to get this error on any of our servers or dev environment.
Also, as can be seen in the Console Log screenshot, error is related to “admin-ajax.php” file. This file manages ajax requests and belongs to WordPress itself. You might have something wrong while updating WordPress and it might end up with a broken file. You may want to try re-installing WordPress. Because the issue is related to “admin-ajax.php” file.
Another alternative would be to deactivating all 3rd party plugins. Disabling any kind of caching (plugin based, server based). You may also want to try it by using another hosting/server. You can try it on your local (XAMPP or WAMP) device.
If I could get the issue on one of our servers or dev environment, I could fix it easily. But I’m not able to get this issue. You also know that from our early conversations here. If we could find the issue, we would fix it.

Yes its on a shared hosting, however, when I got your email to update theme. That’s when its stopped saving on the theme option section.
I have other theme on the same shared hosting and they are saving on working fine. This is the only theme that is not saving.

Maybe something got wrong while updating the theme on your hosting. Did you try FTP update?
Same for WordPress, it might have some broken files while uploading. Did you try to re-update it? Maybe using FTP again?
Because as you can see clearly on console, error is related to “admin-ajax.php” file. We are just trying to figure out what may block “admin-ajax.php” file. Did you try disabling plugins and cache?

Heads up! I got the theme to save now, it was because I had Wordfence On my main domain blocking your theme from the admin-ajax.php to saving. When deactivate the plugin from my my website from the shared hosting it started working. I dont know why Wordfence is blocking the admin-ajax.php and your theme. But i got it working so far. It is not an error. We supported this archive system when we developed the Quasar for the first time. This is a WordPress feature mostly known as good for SEO. Once again, this is not an error. It’s a WordPress feature. If you could show us how do you see this as an error we could be more helpful by using the tools you use for that.
Also, as we have explained in the Support Forum earlier, your support period is over long time ago. You should re-new your support in order to be able to ask theme based questions/features and use our Support Forum.

I assume you are using our Youtube shortcode. By default, it will not add any autoplay tag. You can either make this change by editing our shortcode. However, it’s not a good user experience to autoplay a video. Most users do not like it to see a video or sound to start right away as they are viewing a website. You shouldn’t edit any file. Add that into “Your Extra CSS Code” field in “Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings”. This way, changes you made will remain after theme updates

I just purchase your theme and im getting errors saving in the theme option choosing my own colors in the Theme Options. When i change from the defualt colors to my own colors and get the errors and it goes back to default? Im using teh child theme to make the changes btw..
This only happen whern im changing colors in the Color Settings and then you get the error and all color feilds are blank.. you will have to then reset to default colors. is therer a reason why its doing that? is this theme not compatible to change colors of the menus etc?? thanks in advance… WP 4.9+ Quasar 2.8.5 Child Theme 1.2..
