Hello. Is there a way to add custom fonts that are not Google fonts? I hope there’s an easier way than having to override the CSS. If there isn’t, should I override the styles by adding my own styles to skudo-custom.css?

The best we recommend you to do is to use child theme, to upload your fonts and to override them vis style.css.

Sorry i cannot see a purchased badged on your profile, i assume you get the theme from elements and on this case as you need may know, support is not available for elements downloads. You will need to find the answer for your question on the theme documentation, theme options or google search. If you want to receive support, you will need to purchase the theme on themeforest.
Just a little help, see if the pages you have on the menu, have the onepage template selected, if yes change it to multipage template, you will have now the links to the pages back.

I have been having issues with this theme. I tried installing the demo before this last update, but just ran into it stalling at 15%. I was looking elsewhere. Saw there was an update to the theme, including installing a demo, figured I try it again. STILL stalling at 15%. Since installing a demo is part of paying for the theme, do you have any suggestions for why its doing this?
I’ve also tried manual imports. Applied options and style options, but that didn’t seem take down the site as in your video. Seemed like nothing happen. Then, when trying to import contents, after a few moments the page fails. It doesn’t import anything. When I hit the back button to go back to the admin section, says “Sorry, there has been an error.”

We didn’t find any issue with the demo importation process, what we did on the previous update was improve it in terms of speed not efficiency, and it’s working good on all our tests. We tested on two different servers and local server.
There are a few things that some servers have and don’t have that may be causing the issues, like low php memory, low server timeout, DOMDocument extension, allow_url_fopen and ZIP Archive Extension disabled. Try increase these limits and activate the above extension and test again.
We can try to help importing the demo, but in this case you will need to have valid support time to be able to post your questions on the support site.

Alright, well to be honest, none of these are covered or mentioned when using one of your demos. None of those extensions are mentioned for this theme specifically. Had I know it was not as simple as you described in your videos, I could have used the money for another theme with working demos. Is it possible you could issue a refund for this theme?
All limits and extensions are easily installed by your hosting provider. Sorry but since this is not a theme related issue and the theme has been downloaded a long time ago we cannot give you the refund. WPBakery Page Builder does not show content on the home page. Building a page with WPB and assigning it via the customizer as the homepage causes all WPB content on that page to be invisible. Assinging another page via customizer as the homepage and using the permalink of the previous page to check that page and the content is visible again. Pages build without WPB do not have that problem. I can not find the logic here

Hello Skudo, I’ve been trying to import your demo content at least 5 times but it always hangs and gives me the white screen of death with no access to the front or backend. This is frustrating and I’ve already gone through my host provider help desk a few times.

Thanks for your purchase, first of all. Now regarding your question, it maybe due to the lack of php memory and max timeout that your server has. Do you tried increase this limits? I just test the demo importation on our dev installations and it has working normally.

Having issues using this theme:
1. Is there a way to edit the template pages? Several of them are set up well, but have extra elements/sections that I don’t want and/or can’t figure out how to make edits to them (IE: the newsletter section that is a part of the “One Page Template”, but it doesn’t show up in the builder in order to edit it or remove it).
2. Similarly, when using the blank template, the header options go away for things like having the header be transparent and display over a slider and/or removing the title section from a page.
Please help.

Yes the theme is compatible with EventsCalendar plugin. Regarding to add in a login for a ‘member’s only’ section, the theme is not ready to do that, i’m not sure if events calendar already do that, if not you will need to find a plugin.

All is a little vague, since there are thousands of them and some are not well coded but yes, the theme follow all the guidelines from envato and wordpress, so yes, most of the plugins will work just fine

I tried doing the Skudo Demo Importer under Appearance. It did not work. Loader hung up at 15% (installing plugins). Tried multiple times. I than tried to do the manual import. It all seemed to work except for the main WordPress Importer > upload >> contents.xml that didnt seem to work. I never got a success.
Checked the site. Options appear right. NO pages exist.

When installing manually sometimes the servers choke before the operation is totally finished. In that case you should keep trying to import until you see the “All done. Have fun!” message.

It appears they are all related to products. Have you installed and activated WooCommerce plugin before importing?
