Hello, i wanna buy this theme. Last theme i bought (https://themeforest.net/item/modrox-architecture-and-interior-wordpress-theme/21459173) from you was remove some weeks later from themeforest. And many issues are not solved: no child folder in themeforest download area, no serials for visual composer in themeforest zip file and you wrote in theme description: it have retina function but the truth was: there is no option to upload retina version of website logo. So website missing many basics… I just wanna know about THIS theme: 1. do you will provide child folder in this theme direct in themeforest zip file? (no sending child folder with extra support email again like your other theme which i bought).

2. ” Look of your website on mobile devices is very important these days. So we made sure doxwell looks great both on mobile, desktop and retina screens!” So this theme provide upload function for retina logo?

If not: why you wrote it’s 100% support retina but it does not support the most basic function of retina: to upload retina logo version of website?!.... 3. Is king composer pro key included in this theme (i mean in themeforest download area, no sending keys via extra email again like your other theme which i bought)

I bought this theme and my support has now ended. I am not able to save the changes from the Book Appointment button in the header! I see other people have had the same problem.

It seems this paid theme has a lot of bugs in it you guys will only fix with support. But how can you sell a theme that is this incomplete. This is a bit dishonest!

We got an issue . Parent menu item link is not working when click . It goes no where when click . Its happen in the menu item which has sub menu as dropdown . We opened a ticket also in support system . Thanks
