No data is loaded until the user initiates it. Auto-play is disabled to prevent unsolicited cellular download. iOS not only prevents auto-play but also preloading the video until the user initiates it. Android has disabled auto-play in versions 4.1+.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Venedor and Porto both have different coding standards and Venedor is no more compatible with the latest version of WP and Plugins but the Porto is, So I suggest you Install the Porto on a fresh new WP and starts from Scratch, do not transfer the site from Venedor to Porto as it will surely create some issues on your site.

There are 2 ways, one you already describes “have to put the block slug manually in every single product page on the content banner section” and the other one is HTML Blocks under Appearance >> Theme Options >> General, but it will work globally for a complete site not only for the single product pages, So in simple words, you have only one way the First one.
