waiting your response thanks Ahmed Mohamed
Hi,
In order to have RTL mode enabled, replace the reference of app.min.css to app-rtl.min.css
Thank you.
Hi.
I am having problems setting up Xoric. Bear in mind that I am unexperienced both with the command line generally and Gulp specifically, so sorry in advance if there’s an obvious solution to this.
I am trying to set it up locally on my computer (that’s running OS X, if that is important). I have installed - Node v12.18.3 - Gulp CLI v2.3.0 and local v4.0.2 - Git v2.28.0
In my htdocs folder I have the following file structure, the folders of course containing everything it did when the theme was downloaded: —dist —node_modules —src —gulpfile.js —package-lock.json —package.json
So, I cd’ed into my htdocs folder and ran npm install, which returned this: https://pastebin.com/cuEJeAQg
I have no idea on how to fix those deprecation warnings.
I kept going, ignoring the warnings, and ran gulp. That returned the following: https://pastebin.com/6q9qSpEQ
I then ran gulp build, which returned the following: https://pastebin.com/GpezKY1C
At the end of the whole process I’m left with the following file structure: —node_modules —src —gulpfile.js —package.json
How do I solve this?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Looks like there is an issue with npm install command. Could you please us via support so we can provide a fixes for the issues. https://themeforest.net/item/xoric-admin-dashboard-template/25555352/supportThank you
Hello again. The problem was that I didn’t have bower installed. I guess it doesn’t come with npm automatically since bower is deprecated and NPM wants people to use Yarn, Webpack or Parcel instead.
But I do have a second question: Do you have any guide for installing Xoric on shared hosting? Is it even possible? I do have access to the console on my hosting plan.
Best regards.
Hello,
It’s depends on the hosting providers. But if you can update locally and upload the dist folder on your server then also it will work fine.
Thank you
Uploading the dist folder to the server was exactly the solution I was looking for! Thanks for helping to find a perfect way to solve the problem
Sounds good. Feel free to contact us via support for any issues.
