Upcoming theme updates will include many more demos and new elements. So, if you have any suggestions about new elements or demos you would like to get in updates we are opened for the requests.
Don’t afraid that only one demo is available for import right now. Our professional support team will suggest to you what elements would be better to use if you already have a mockup of the future site or like content from the existing demo.

Dear Developer,
My support has expired, but I am not looking for help with any technical issue, so I hope you can answer my simple question here.
I have a heavy customized Woo and have to stay with 3.9.3 for now. Does Xstore 6.3.0 NEED Woo v. 4+ or can do it’s job over older version as well? I am not sure if I can update having Woo 3.9.3.

We did not face compatibility issues with the WooCommerce 3.9.3. Anyway, you can always create staging site (full copy of the existing one), update theme and XStore core plugin there first, check everything and if there is no issues then update the production site.
Did you make your customization of WooCommerce files in the child theme? Because you won’t be able to use the old version of WooCommerce to long, we work with WooCommerce 10+ years, so believe me. That’s why it’s recommended to make all the changes in child theme only. In this case, you are able to update changed files to new versions with minimum efforts just comparing the new and old versions of the file and adding the necessary code.

Of course, all changes are in child theme. Everything was done by the senior developer who normally works for big international company, not by me. Professional job. It was his advise to ask you if I have to have Woo 4 or it is only compatibility thing. Also, everything will be tested thoroughly before deploying to the production site. Thank you once again.

I will share link to my store with you with great pleasure, but after 1 month or so, because now I am using very GOLD Xstore (v. 3.1) and new version is under development, or rather at final stage of testing. There is only some work left of the frontend. This is why I wanted to have the latest XStore due to full compatibility with Elementor which I am using (PRO version) and which should greatly help, I think. We’ll be in touch.

Hi Guys, okay so I bought this some time ago and have not yet used it but have created a site on my dev server.
I am excited about the Elementor integration – is there a way to replace the work done using WP Bakery? or do I have to build from scratch?
Also, the banners created by this theme were really difficult to work with – using the SLIDER ITEM widget – any plans to make that better?
Finally I see there are a whole load of new plugins included in the update 13 in total – Is this problematic? as of course it will add load to the site.

There in no migration tool that allows to replace content created using WPBakery by the Elementor content. So, if you already built the pages content you will need to re-built them. But it takes much less time, we have created the default demo using Elementor and work goes quickly if you have the working example of the page.
Are you talking about this element http://prntscr.com/ruj6jy ? What settings would you like to improve? Could you contact us using author contact form and explain in more detail providing screenshots for better understanding? We will focus on creation additional elements for the Elementor and will be able to start improvements of the WPBakery elements after that only.
There is no need to install and keep activated all the bundled plugins. We offer them to extend customer options but almost all the plugins are recommended, not required! So, keep activated only the plugins you really use. For example, if you don’t plan to sell from the Amazon there is not need in WooZone plugin, if you don’t have subscriptions then disable Subscriptio plugin etc.

Elementor has improved UI design, so maybe it will be easier for you. Anyway, you can always replace the default Slider element by the Revolution slider, that has advanced options and responsive options for the slider elements.

Yes, our theme is fully translatable https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation and includes de_DE translation https://github.com/OlgaBarlow/Translation-of-Xstore-theme/tree/master/Xstore/de_DE To translate theme to any other language you need Loco Translate plugin and it’s free. If you want to implement a multilingual site then you will need other plugins for these purposes, some of them are paid, other – free, everything depends on your needs.

It is not an installation problem, it is not a configuration problem, it is not a Server problem. The system requirements are all ok. Everything is clean, if I add an item to the menu it inserts it and turns indefinitely preventing other additions. If I import a demo, “Menu Position Management” disappears. Was there a problem between your theme and Wordpress 5.4 (IT)? I am not interested in a custom solution or a repair. The theme has to work (it’s empty!). And I’m just creating a menu, a very simple thing. My solution is to deactivate the license, change the theme and wait for your further update.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a problem with the latest WP version, and the fix will be included in the next theme update soon. We asked you to contact us to apply the solutions before the update release.
Our theme uses Header Builder that allows placing menus in any part of the header, so there are no needs in default Manage Menu Locations settings.

HI, i have some question 1. I add over 4, 5, 6 items to cart, but when I click cart icon (mobile and desktop), it only show 3 item and I can’t see another item (niche-market demo) 2. Can I sticky search bar io menu bar on desktop 3. Sometime , there is blurred layer over the screen on your demo web and I can’t do anythings, I must refresh the page and after that I could buy, ....
