I am not able to see your provided screenshot, and please go to Porto >> Theme license and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate the plugins from there one by one, I am sure you will not finds this issue.

Hi, Just configuring the newly purchased porto theme. I am facing issues with Setup Wizard >> Plugins >> Revolution Slider…..Update / Install is failing again and again (tried 5-6 times).
Also, is slider revolution (ThemePunch) and Revolution Slider (Porto Theme)..one and the same plugin…
Note : I have Slider Revolution Ver 6.2.2. (ThemePunch) already installed in Plugins…

Hi there guys. Congrats for your great theme! I ‘ve already bouht it twice! I have a thing that i can’t solve and i need your help. You see i am using photos for products on size 1000×1000. The default settings in thw woocommerce settings are : Main Image width: 600 and thumbnail image width: 300. This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.
And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using WooCommerce setting.
That’s all.

OK, Fine now, This seems to be any third party plugin confliction issue on your site nothing else, please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure it will solve your issue and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Hello, After upgrading your latest version, I got some issues on Porto Carousel and Porto Member list block. Porto Carousel isn’t full width anymore. Porto Member list display one column per row if I choose Columns is 2 or 3.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Shop Page Filters are the default functionality of the WooCommerce and it only appears/works on Shop/Categoriy Archive pages not on any other page, If you want to show it on your Home Page then you have to make your Shop Page as Home Page, Otherwise, This requires Customization.
