Hi again, we can’t replicate it on our end (Demo 5 or Demo 6) which appear to have that mobile header. We tried mobile Safari and mobile Chrome.

seems that this is not the one as there were no changes in there even after all caches deleted. I am actually trying to get rid of this: ms-container it pops up in category page when category parent has image

For journal demo 7,how to make the search box within the sticky header too ? like i want to merge mobile header 2 & 3

Same concept, you need to use a different mobile header, like Mobile 2 or Mobile 3.

but mobile 2 hides the search box on sticky header and mobile 3 shows only the search box on sticky party

i need to merge both mobile 2 & 3 show that this whole things shows on sticky header (on mobile)

I am going to upgrade to the new opencart 3.0.3.6 from 3.0.3.4 (with journal 3.1.1). Is the latest version of journal ok with 3.0.3.6 or should I wait a little? Also I want to upgrade to php 7.4 from 7.3. Is this ok to do now? Many thanks.

I have tested it with opencart 3.0.3.6 and there is a fatal error on front end, so I think I have to wait for update journal

The theme is very good. I have two licance. But there is a problem. Theme Very slow. Pagespeed values are messed up. It would be great if you did some improvement.

I have really bad experience in this themes, after developing 3months all of my works gone, the themes was compromise, after i scan my website to the siteguard, i found malicious code in journal script code.

Hi, this is clearly a misunderstanding and you are running into false positive readings. Any script, such as popular sliders like Revolution slider or others can trigger false readings, that doesn’t mean your 3rd party program is right.

The files falsely reported by your software are files developed by Google developers, and they are precompiled packages used for optimising images using webp format, these files can be found here: https://developers.google.com/speed/webp/docs/precompiled They are used by thousands of developers for optimising images, definitely they are 100% safe and virus free.

Depending on what other software tools you have on your store, those tools may have security issues of their own and exploiting those security issues may affect other files that are perfectly fine.

hello there, I am a developer and had Installed Journal 3.1.1 Whenever I do any changes in modules it gets stuck and browser throughs an error called “The connection has timed out”

But at the same time if we access the admin from other ISP it works and again if we make any changes it gives the same error.

We contacted hosting provider also, they told from there side there is no issue.

If required I will provide the purchase code and username no the email reply.

Please help because the client business is 4 years old and now got stocked.

Hi, guys can i ask whats the point of the paypal express? upon checkout the express version adds an extra step to the checkout process than the standard paypal does? paypal express is supposed to offer a quicker checkout?

no css styles are applied to the shopping cart page after reverting back to the shop from paypal… any ideas on that one or is it opencarts fault again?

We can’t say what could be wrong without taking a look at your setup, on our support page.

But it’s very easy to clarify if the issue is Opencart related by trying to replicate it on the default Opencart theme.

Journal is an Opencart template, it’s based on Opencart ecommerce system and not all issues that can happen on your store are Journal related, you have other tools (software) in use (Opencart, third party extensions, hosting plan, etc) and those tools can be responsible for issues too.

So, if the issue happens when using the default Opencart theme then it’s surely not something Journal related.

But if everything works fine on the default Opencart theme then the issue may or may not be Journal related. In such case we shall investigate it and if indeed is theme related we will definitely fix it.
