I tried submitting a ticket right now, but the form is looking for a purchase code. What we have right now is the license code, but it is not valid. There’s no longer a purchase code when I access the fennik theme license certificate in Envato. Again, it’s now the license code. Is there any way to contact you?
The issue is we cannot edit any page right now after the upgrade. We are in active development of our site and yesterday, before any updates, there’s no problem at all.
Looking at the browser console log, here’s the error:

Hello Team! such a fantastic theme!
At the moment, I am using it with my elements licence and it is really a great theme!
I have only a small issue in mobile responsive mode where on portrait my bottom menu bar displays fine in 4 columns ( https://pasteboard.co/JTLkQv3.png )
However when i rotate the phone in landscape the 4 columns are then stacked ( https://pasteboard.co/JTLlfkR.png ) because of this line:
@media (max-width: 1024px) .elementor-section .elementor-container { -ms-flex-wrap: wrap; flex-wrap: wrap; }
I will gladly purchase a 1yr support if you could confirm that there is a fix on this

I purchased it with my Envato elements licence – installed, tested and works super great! the store is amazing with all the options & we can even see the progress bar for free shipping !

Only 1 downside: the checkout is not on 2 columns like in Toro or Mgana… is there a way to have details input on left and payment on the right? can i use a template from Toro or Mgana? I don’t want to mess up such a great work.

Header & Footer builder you mean your own Builder or Elementor Pro header and footer templates included? If no Elementor templates for header/footer, why is Elementor pro bundled or for what purpose?

Are you headers and footers available as ELEMENTOR templates too so one can edit in Elementor or do they need to create from zero these templates with Elementor? Its a specific question, that you ignored answering above so re-asking.

We all know your own builder can ofc edit your own headers, but the question was if you have made them in Elementor templates to edit in Elementor and you said Yes and its not the case. Enough of this game play, unless your English is that bad then I am sorry.

I have one more question here. In the theme description you said that the theme comes with Elementor Pro (– save $49) , but I believe this plug-in license is for one year only , then what will happen after one year ? Do I need to renew this license at my expenses ? Or you will take care of it by means of theme update? (You might be getting some special category of bulk licenses from the vendor, I don’t know)
As WordPress is heavily dependent on Plug-ins and plug-ins in turn depend on each other, means all plug-ins in use must remain updated. If I need to update Elementor Pro plug-in every year then it would become a costly affair, what say?

It depends on you, if you want to get support directly from author of Elementor Pro. You can purchase a separate license . And as you mentioned, we will update the plugins regularly along with the theme

Hi Just checked this theme sounds interesting. All demos are beautifully done with meticulous detailing. I am looking for something similar, and in that connection I have some questions for you. Can I mix and match various elements? (Like picking ‘testimonies’ section from one Demo and adding to other demo or graphics element for that matter), how easy it could be? Further what about the pictures (images) and other graphic artifacts used in these demos, are the part of the theme means do you provide all that without any watermarks etc. or I need to shop for them?
