I am trying to make use of the collection filtering but nothing seems to be showing up. I have inventory with sizes added but regardless what I select in the theme settings>collection page>config filter or on the collection filtering area nothing populates. All it gives me the option for is to “Shop By” but there are no options there.
Please are you ever gonna work on a new update?

I sent you 5 days ago the first questions and since then each day an update on the open questions and things that are solved by us already. I posted one update on this wall as well hoping that you would reply quicker then. Still no reply. Your support forum resources are basically non-existing (if your customer service has too much to deal with right now at least people could find their answers there) – I really would appreciate it if you could get back to me rather today than tomorrow as this project is only not finished yet as it was supposed to be because we didn’t hear back from you yet. I set up the store now but ran in some issues:
- how can I have multiple languages also for the products & pages? How does the theme work with this or does it only offer multilingual for certain areas?
- Add to Wishlist / Wishlist, My account, And the other things on the menu (where should we link them to or how should we create that)? -> do I need apps for this?
- Mailchimp: I added the link you’ve mentioned but it just says loading
- how can I change the font color for the collection photos on the main page
- why are some fonts obviously not Raleway or Open Sans/montserrat?
I sent a message last week because we were supposed to launch today but need the feedback please.

Hi, I have purchased puro theme and there’s an issue with your newsletter subscribtion button – when pressed, ‘Submitting..’ message appears and nothing happens. Is this a default bug? Some thing happens on your demo site as well as my own site.

Hello I’m having trouble with resizing depends on resolution of screen. even for the phone. video size and slider size doesn’t resizing by themselves instead it just keeping same size in any resolutions. i would really appreciate if you help me thank you.

I managed to mod your code using <h6>...</h6> to fix this issue but it would be better if you could rewrite your template code so that users could simply assign a heading class to split product description text into individual tabs. with <h6>...</h6> being the tab label.

Why do I always have to wait almost a whole week to get an answer for my ticket? Is somebody else experiencing problems with their wishlist function? The customer is able to add something to their wishlist but he can´t remove it. It seems like the function for removing items from their wishlist is not even implemented into the theme? Atleast I was not able to find it by looking through the source code.
May I know why there is no response on my support ticket. First time was quite fast but now I am waiting almost two weeks and no response at all. Very disappointed. I have few more issues to resolve and 5 months of support left, will be enough if you will need that much time every time?
We are looking at purchasing the Puro theme but not sure if it can do what we need – specifically we want to be able to filter by collection without having to tag on the product level. For example – we could have a furniture collection and the entire collection might be considered “contemporary” but the individual pieces might not be tagged that way. Is there a way to tag on the collection level and bypass tagging individual products?
