The issue is, that there were no changes to the website and suddenly smth in one of your plugin crashed that lead to very unsightly view of the website (as you can see)

Yes, you need to download the last theme version (also you can use envato plugin), reinstall the theme (with the new version) and update all required plugins (WPBAckery needs to be deactivated before updating.)

yes, even that has been updated and nothing, I do not see the homepage only, the rest everything works, only when I am logged in as admn on wordpress I see everything ok but when I exit wordpress and see the site without being logged in it does not work

I’m sorry, I updated the theme and after that the problems arrived, it is true that I no longer have the support but it also seems unfair that now you ask me to renew when I could quietly leave the theme without updating it and my site continued to work without any type of problem. I don’t think it’s great service from you, thanks anyway. I will consider between renewing the support service or changing the theme.

If you want to check our support your site and say which cache plugin you use or hosting cache – you need to extend the support. Please check your cache plugin and hosting cache feature and purge old cache. It will solve your issue.
I’m using W3 Total Cache I configured it with the wizard in basic mode I press the “purge all caches” button and it always gives me the same problem

Please check that cURL is enabled, PHP error log and correctness of the http or https protocols (sometimes it redirect from https to http if WordPress installed on subfolder and SSL installed only for main domain ). Hello! According to the license policy, you can use it only one project (one WordPress). You can tune the redirect your subdomain to the WordPress pages – it will solve your issue.
