Hello,

I spoke to someone called Laila by email about the logo of this template before buying it. I was told the logo text is editable, however, after buying the template I can see logo.svg has no <text> element, so it doesn’t appear that it is editable. I emailed back about this but got no response.

We would like to update the template to the latest version and would like to confirm if the upgrade process is the same as the install process. Just wanted to confirm so we don’t overwrite the wrong things and lose data:

Copy “hustbee” folder to WHMCS templates folder. Copy “hustbee_cart” and “standard_cart” folders to WHMCS templates/orderforms folder. On your WHMCS admin panel go to Setup > General Settings, choose the template “Hustbee” and save changes. Go to Setup > General Settings then Ordering Tab, choose “Hustbee Cart” and save changes.

Hey there, since the last whmcs update, I was required to use the WHMCS Stripe app and not the old API key. Since then, the payment does not work with this theme anymore and I get the error: Fehler bei der Remotetransaktion. Bitte wenden Sie sich an den Support.

It means, the order form template is outdated and does not work any more. Is that a problem on my side, or will the template soon be updated?

Hello! We’ve been using your theme for a long time now, and it’s great!

However, I’m having one issue when adding elements to a dropdown menu on the nav bar.

On a services page, the `info-text` class is in front of the drop-down menu. I’ve tried my best but I can’t seem to figure out why.

I’ve set the z-index as high as possible, and even with the `!important` tag, but to no prevail. Additionally, I can see in the chrome inspect element style tab that it is being greyed out and not applied ( https://i.rowansc1.com/u/XgbFxd1BpXvGwRIAkxjMILgdSa4aAkwBi44.png ). I’ve made changes in the style.css style-modified.css and custom.css files to try and resolve the issue, along with trying to forcefully set the position to absolute (as for some reason, chrome seems to think that it’s being set to static “The position: static property prevents z-index from having an effect. Try setting position to something other than static.”). I’m not able to locate this in any CSS file, I’d take a next guess that it could be the javascript doing something?

In style.css file add the following code:

Modify the following CSS:

Add this and remove class pull-top:
<div class="custom-container-bg" />

Within the same page replace class st-on-top with no-pb

There’s an issue when clicking any of the links in the dropdown menu on the right to any domain name on clientarea.php?action=domains. The links (Change Nameservers, Auto renew etc.) doesn’t work due to the code in /js/main.js on line 35-42.

Btw, it seems the problem from “stripe”, your website showing this error
Uncaught ReferenceError: Stripe is not defined

Hi, we’re using cPanel but when users attempt to Login via SSO or Access their Webmail via the Product Shortcuts on the side using the Actions area it doesn’t do anything. We believe this is due to Bootstrap but are not sure why this issue is occurring.

We have installed the template into WHMCS and it works perfectly. The only issue we have is that when we selected the cart template but it is not loading correctly. It shows the prices comparison for a different cart although the Hurtbee cart theme is selected. Let us know if any other information is needed so we can send it to you as soon as possible.

Okay, when viewing the cart, if you hover the house of certain areas all of the products go crazy and flicker and what not. Secondly, when logged in why cant you view the products anymore when going under “Services” on the header?
