Are you going to be adding a option to adjust the width of the logo in the settings like other themes out there?

We just opened support forum for the Haste theme users. Please try again and it should be working now. 
This option should be already available when building header with elementor page builder and using “Site logo” widget. You can install a demo to see how it works.

Ok it just was not in theme options.
Most of our options are moved to Elementor widgets as it gives more flexibility when building sites
