Hi. I have a problem with Item Purchase Code. I insert the code and save, but have this message: “Please activate for Lusion theme. So you can use the full features of the theme.” Now I have any problem with woocommerce. The products are not clickable. Can the two be connected? Thank you

I can’t create a ticket because the support period has already expired, but I don’t need support, just change the domain that is currently registered, but the link in the guide doesn’t work, it’s page not found 404, to create the ticket I should buy the support Which is almost the value of the theme license, or can’t you change the domain once it’s registered?

It’s a really lovely theme when it comes to aesthetics but there are two bugs which I am not able to address through any hit and trials.

1. The fields in the login form doesn’t display on pages that are not created by Elementor (Category page, product page, cart, wishlist page). The login form on the pages which are editable by Elementor are working just fine.

2. I am not able to hide the category meta from the products element on the homepage. The categories display in the same font and size as the title of the product which looks weird. The same displays just fine on the category pages. I have checked all the available settings but none is working.

Any suggestions regarding these will be highly appreciated.

No worries about the delay! It is understandable.

My support expired just weeks ago so I am not able to create a ticket. However, it is the very basic feature of the theme. So can you please check it if possible?

Hi, purchased this theme about a year ago but it is no longer compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce and Wordpress. Please are you able to update the theme so an upgraded woocommerce can function correctly?

I had purchased this theme almost a year back, but due to COVID project couldnt go live. As now, we are trying to activate the theme it isnt working. I tried changing domain name, but that change isnt working as well. Request you to please guide team, as we havnt used the theme in past. A few months ago I moved the website I created from staging to live server. I just realised that the theme is not activated on the live server and I tried to activate it but it doesn’t work.

I think this is because your server still has a record that the old staging URL is activated, although I removed it since I moved to the live server. The website is working fine but I can’t update the theme to the latest version because of this.

Wow, that means the old buyer has no value for you because I just saw that you replied to a new buyer who commented after me. but my 2 comments remain unanswered. Now you will say your support period is expired etc. But understand one thing you are doing mistakes in the update it’s not us. providing us an old version of plugins in the new update and New Year landing page .JSON file is missing.

In new Version 1.5.8 all included plugins are not updated same versions as old one. i check all plugin please provide latest version of revslider, ct-ultimate-gdpr etc. Thats our right to get updated plugin in every update to ensure the security.

1) product page: can product video play inside the product image carousel? I cant find an example about product page video

2 issues… Do you know on your demo page for grouped products… There is no option to buy the main item on the page. Is this an error that has already been fixed?

Also… regarding grouped products… how would this display for items which have size variables? The example only shows simple products

Not a good theme at all. I purchased this theme last month after that I tried everything to import the demo but it is not working. Even the Support team is unable to fix the issue. After wasting alot of time on this I started designing website from scratch and guess what when I try to display products on Homepage the complete page breaks down and it is not working.
