First i just want to informed you that your theme is not compatible with PHP 8.2 Please check and update the downloadable files so that your client can continue to used it when using the latest version of PHP.
Second check your demo site in evanto when visiting google chrome it will show a warning, potential customer cant view the demo site.

1. Currently, PHP version 8.2 has many issues. We are still testing it and fixing related errors. We recommend using PHP version 8.0 for the most stable performance.

Sorry to tell you but 8.0 is already on EOL last November 26, 2023 and already discontinue by majority of all web hosting. Right now all your client who purchase this theme can no longer used it, or encounter and error due to compatibility of PHP 8.1 – 8.3 which is the only available version. And they remain on 8.0 its a security risk also on our part as your client to used a PHP version that’s already out of support.

On the latest update the mobile version is not working anymore since it was built using WPBakery page builder, It will only work if you enable the Elementor and used any of the demo mobile pages that was built in Elementor. Did you just drop the WPBakery for the mobile?
We cant just shift to a different page builder since we already have tons of pages that used WPBaker since it was the first page builder you used and we been using this theme for a very long time.,
