Hi,
I bought today your templates. Everything is just perfect, but I have one issue with Icon Shortcodes.
If I want to edit it with “WPBakery Page Builder” or under Pages in Wordpress, it is still loading and nothing happens.
Do you know this issue? Where can be the problem, and how can I fix it?

In the portfolio section on my website, I am able to click on the featured image to open up the project page. However, in the mobile view, I cannot disable the popup and create an on-click action to open the projects page.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato nel 2020 la versione 2.5 del tema e ho visto che è disponibile l’aggiornamento alla 3.1. Ho scaricato e installato il tema ma ho riscontrato questi problemi: 1) non viene aggiornato il plugin WpBakery Page Builder alla versione 6.9 2) ci sono delle differenze nella visualizzazione delle pagine (spaziature, colori, immagini) 3) i menu non funzionano correttamente.

Hi, the auto import is not importing all the data, images are not included plus the One Page Option configuration is not working. Even if Enable onepage is On the home is only showing the small code of the Home file without all the other pages following.

Hello, I just purchased and installed Essential theme and I followed the installation process, I successfully uploaded the theme and imported the demo content, however, none of the demo content is being displayed … my website is blank.
I’ve already chatted with my Hosting support and they have made sure that all PHP settings are set to their proper limits. From my dashboard, when I go into “media” and “projects” , no content has imported.

I am using Essential to show-case my poetry. I have customised the One Page View and I want use ‘Projects’ to show a collection of poems.
1. I created some new Categories and when I deleted yours (Graphic Design etc) the page header in the one page view disappeared. Can you help?
2. I want to show each poem on a 2 column page with a page header. I do not need a Comments section as per a typical ‘post’. For this reason, I would like to create the poetry collection in Pages, not Posts. Is this possible?
3. In my collection, I have 8 Categories. How do I set an image for each Category to appear on the One Page/Home Page?
4. In each Category, each poem will be shown on a single/2 column page with a Featured Image. When users click on a Category on the One Page/Home Page, is it possible to show a set of images with poem titles? How would I do that?

Not sure I understand that. Do you mean that I”d need to make a poster frame (like a JPEG) to display, and when a user clicks on that, it would take them to whatever was linked to the poster frame? Would the video play in the same environment as the stills in your demo? And can they be either embedded from another place (like vimeo) OR uploaded into the database for the website?
No, you don’t need to make a frame to display videos. I mean that the Theme does not permit to add videos instead the images in the “Projects” section, as thumbnails, unless you edit the Theme. But you can add videos in the project page.

You can add and remove pages in “Pages”.
You can change position of pages through Customizer in “General Options > One Page Options”, with drag and drop (and clicking on the eye icon to show/hide pages).
