Try disabling the theme and see if you experience same without it. Seems due to hosting cpu exhaustion this is happening. Please open a support ticket with your site access so that we can check it.

When I check https://digita*****at.com then I see as number of menu items couldn’t fit into navigation are so the section brooke and came down to 2nd line. Please try to reduce menu character or reduce menu number and see. If this still doesn’t fix then Please open a support ticket https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with temporary access and team would give you fix.

Understood the issue. There is a css fix needed to fix the issue. We have updated the theme. Please download fresh copy of the theme and update it and that should fix the issue. Please clear cache after applying update and then check.

Hi, is this theme WPML compliant?
This theme is translation ready and we have tested in Polylang. It should also work on Wpml for translation. Language switching feature is not available till now.

We replied to your comment on Saturday. Did you see that reply? After theme activation, if you follow https://plexa.radiantthemesdemos.com/docs/#theme-install then it should take you to import page. If you’re unable to manage it then please open a ticket with your site url and access and we’ll check it.
I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the designs. The clean, minimal and modern aesthetic is very appealing!!
