For your issue, please update all plugins, use PHP 7.4+, disable plugins not related to the theme, and check the SSL.

I just purchased the theme today for my website and am almost done implementing it (looks very nice btw). I have a few questions about the header/footer settings:
1. Updating header and footer: I went through the YouTube videos for editing the Rivax templates for the header and it is not updating onto my website. I also went through the Roxeen header settings and it didn’t work. Is there an existing video to go through the process of making sure my header appears on my website?
2. Sticky Header Design: I also noticed that although I updated the header settings for scrolling down the page, my changes aren’t being implemented (ex. I still see the Roxeen logo as the header while scrolling down). How can I fix this issue by updating it with my website logo?

There are some header templates in rivax templates. One is used for global and some are used just in a homepage. Please pay attention to which header you are editing. It working fine Please recheck our header video tutorial with more attention Hi RivaxStudio,
I followed the documentation and video again and the process worked for updating the footer. However, my header was not able to update despite customizing the Rivax header template. Is there another way to fix this issue?

I just went through the video and it solved my issue! Thank you so much. I also noticed that Instagram posts I would insert into articles would not be visible on my website. Is there a solution within the Roxeen theme that can solve this or a plugin you would recommend?
