I would like to request a refund and would appreciate you explaining how to go about this.
Unfortunately, the website performance was extremely slow and not suitable for a live site, with load times close to 10 seconds.
I optimised images, CSS, and JavaScript, but there was no meaningful improvement.
The theme appears very bloated and as a result it was not able to meet acceptable performance standards.

I understand that the Tryo live demo shows acceptable performance. However, my issue is with real-world usage after following your setup instructions and configuring the theme as intended.
After installation and setup, the website was consistently taking close to 10 seconds per page load. I followed the documentation provided, changed the content, and did not add anything outside the recommended setup. Despite this, the performance remained unacceptably slow for a production website.
I have since deleted the website, which means I can no longer rerun the speed test using the same tool you referenced. That said, the decision to remove the site was made because the performance issues made the theme unusable for my needs.
At this point, I am no longer interested in continuing with the theme. You may revoke or delete the license key associated with my purchase if required — I do not intend to use the theme going forward.
Based on the above, I am requesting a refund due to performance issues that prevent the theme from being used effectively, even when set up according to your documentation.
Please let me know the next steps to proceed with the refund.

The slow page speed is not caused by the theme itself. Performance depends heavily on hosting quality, server configuration, caching, plugins, and site content.

This option is not available in the theme by default, but you can achieve it using WooCommerce along with some WooCommerce-dependent plugins and custom coding. This would allow you to manage credit packages, enable transfers between users (company → employee and employee ↔ employee), and use credits to purchase products listed by companies.

Tryo Theme has been working great and using for two years. Recent them release update on December 19th has critical PHP error causing my website to not work. can’t seem to find anywhere to send this core functionality support request, please fix. This is the worst theme I have ever bought on Themeforest it was my worst 10 hours since I started my designing business.
Once I purchased the theme and downloaded it, it was removed from my downloads and I was not able to contact the support because they did not verify my purchase key.
The theme demo installation did not work and the documentation for this step on their official website goes 404 error !!!!!!!
