Hello, I’m using the Bellevue theme and have an issue with the booking calendar display. Since check-ins are available from 11 a.m. and check-outs must be by 3 p.m., certain dates are showing as half-available, with partial green shading. For example, if a date is booked on October 3rd, October 4th shows half-colored, which confuses users. How can I modify the CSS or settings to make it clearer which days are fully unavailable or available? Any advice would be appreciated!

I’m a customer who has been using this theme now for awhile, and your theme is way past due for updates last time was May, 2024 I have issues, and also the Booked plugin you have built into your theme has been deleted and no longer available to use and you need to get a different plugin for booking. You need to have that updated and put into a new update to the theme including the new booking plugin that it’s telling you that is required now.It’s called QuickCal. Really not happy with this, I can’t use the booking system because it’s not only out of date it’s marked as a vulnerable plugin and I have to disable it now as of Sept. 22nd, 2024. Something needs to be fixed and done now. I see other valued customers have problems getting a hold of support. This tells me your not a trusted developer on Themeforest. Please correct these issues.

The license key is not working. We had to reinstall the website from scratch (we didn’t pay for the hosting on time, and they deleted all the files) on the same domain, but now the license key is not working. We don’t want to renew the support, because it does not make sense for a licence key to stop working on the same domanin.

As I can see, there are several people who have open Tickets but no one answers us. In my case, there are Plugins that are not being updated (Elementor is stuck at 3.19.4 and we are already at 3.24.0), we have been trying to fix it for months and the only answer is that they will release an update that NEVER arrives. Technical support disappears for weeks and no one answers. The feeling is that there is no one in charge.

Hello, I’ve used this theme for a few years now, and an issue has happened a few times. A reservation is paid for, the money appears on stripe or paypal, but it is not registered in the website and the calendar still shows the date as available. What could resolve this issue ? Thank you in advance.
