I submitted my initial request for assistance over a month ago and a follow-up inquiry more than two weeks ago, both of which remain unanswered. As a professional working on time-sensitive client projects, responsive and efficient support is critical when utilizing web templates like Canvas. Delayed assistance significantly impacts my ability to meet project deadlines and fulfill client expectations for timely solutions. Given that I purchased the extended support for 6 month package and I know lost 1/6 of the duration of the support just waiting for response. I kindly request that all the question be addressed as a priority. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification on the expected response times moving forward to better plan and manage project requirements. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I’m considering using it now, and tempted to purchase a current support license, but I see that you’ve not released an update in a year, and recently stopped responding to support questions. Are there structural issues in the code that prevent its use with contemporary libraries? Or are you going on to better things?

The Icons in the New Version has been structured in a way so that you can add your own Custom Icons without any additional customizations. It works as simple plug-n-play. However, the Old Icons cannot be just updated to the news ones and also the Older Codes will not work well with the Latest Icons structure. You will need to manually update or add the newer icons to the Old Icons structure manually or by using the IcoMoon App: https://icomoon.io/app/#/select .

Hey, currently my site has URLs like www.mysite.com, www.shop.mysite.com, www.en.mysite.com, www.jap.mysite.com, www.cn.mysite.com.
1) So, I have multiple subdomains for each language, and for the shop, I also have a separate domain. They’re under the same domain but have different WordPress login pages. Can I upload and activate the theme with one license?
2) Also, I want to know if it’s possible to copy the theme style from the main page to other subdomains (same site but in other languages) and maybe if you also know if I copy the style would I be able to keep the old text/translation?

Yes, one license will suffice, but please note, this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.

Take https://canvastemplate.com/slider-canvas.html If you navigate thru the Canvas Slider the nature YouTube video audio enables even if data-mute=”true” is set in code. On page load the YouTube video plays muted but if you navigate thru the slides to it again it un-mutes. What’s the fix? Thanks

The support is as bad as could be: no answers. And awaiting any progress you’ll get a notice: “You cannot create New Replies because your Support License for Canvas HTML has expired. Please Renew your Support License.” The product itself is a good base, but never book extended support, it does not pay.

Simply find the defaultBtn, alertType; Line of code in the js/functions.bundle.js File and replace it with:defaultBtn, defaultBtnText, alertType;

Currently, no Additional Admin Templates are included with Canvas except the Profile Template. You will need to use the existing components/shortcodes to create a Layout for your List of Products using the Product Layout Templates example: https://canvastemplate.com/shop-layout-5.html and Pagination Examples: https://canvastemplate.com/pagination-progress.html .

Maps API includes $200 of Usage per month: https://mapsplatform.google.com/pricing/ as provided here. Additionally, you can embed any number of Maps as required, but the pricing will be based on the requests you make to the API. We recommend using Latitude/Longitude instead of the Address setting to lower your API Usage.
