Hi! how can we export a complete course? please guide a step by step process for course having 100 lessons (units).
WP admin – LMS – Setings – Export , select type “course” and enter the course ID, also import related data which also imports the units, quizzes, assignments and questions used in the quiz.

Make sure you are checking wplms.ticksy.com and “not” vibethemes.ticksy.com . The Gamification badges are now inbuilt so we no longer recommend installing badgeOS and bulk unsubscribe is for BBPress which again is not required with vibe-helpdesk’s inbuilt subscription / removal feature.

I can’t buy your paid add-ons from your site. I enter all the data, click pay, the message “wait” appears, then it disappears and nothing happens. The same with the card and PayPal. When we disable the header from WP Admin > WPLMS > Header, the search bar still appears at the bottom of the page. While we can hide it using CSS, it shouldn’t be rendered at all once the header is turned off—this seems to be a bug. Screenshot: https://jmp.sh/L7NJS91D
Please don’t take this the wrong way, but as a web designer, I find WPLMS Theme to be one of the most complex misaligned, and difficult to manage I’ve worked with. The system feels tightly coupled, and often a single update ends up breaking multiple components. Moreover, many essential features (e.g. course manager, buddypress, miscellaneous of wp-admin>wplms) are tightly coupled with the theme itself, which unfortunately prevents us from switching to other themes, even when we’d prefer to.
Additionally, in many instances, issues are acknowledged with promises to fix them in the next update. However, the updates are often delayed—or when they do arrive, the issues remain unresolved.
As a constructive suggestion: WPLMS would be significantly more flexible and user-friendly if it were restructured as a standalone LMS plugin, independent of any specific theme. This would allow users to take full advantage of WPLMS’s robust LMS features while using a theme of their choice. issues notified earlier and acknowledged by you: - realtime database not working with latest theme update.

- conflict with co-authors plus and co-instructor plugins.
- if we drag a section, all units of that section should also move along with. and there is a plus button to expand the section. a (-) button should also be there beside (+) button to collapse.
- google meet plugin should also have the following options: a. An instant start button next to each listed meeting to start a Google Meet session immediately. b. Recurring Meeting Option c. all meetings should be displayed in a single list under “My Meetings”, instead of separate tabs like Shared, Group, and Course.

1. The Co-instructors plugin has been available for quite some time. When you say it is “now inbuilt,” could you please clarify? Do we still need to install it as a separate plugin, or is it fully integrated into the core now?
2. The Realtime Database is still not working after the latest theme update. This issue was acknowledged in response to my previous comments on the forum, but it has not been resolved yet. Could you please provide an update or timeline for the fix?
3. The search bar is not disappearing despite being disabled from:

4. Theme Limitation: Many essential settings are only configurable via WP Admin → WPLMS. e.g., Course Manager https://jmp.sh/qhxRyW1t, which restricts us from using other themes. take another instance, how can we prevent instructors from adding students to a course if we’re using a different theme?
I’m sharing these issues because I’m a fan of your system and truly appreciate the vision behind it—but I must say, the current user experience (UX/UI) is quite disappointing. I genuinely want to see this platform offer a robust and seamless experience for users.

We do not have any plugins on CodeCanyon, that is some other author, Envato did not allow us to post our plugin with same name on CodeCanyon so our system is entirely on themeforest and wplms.io as of now.

After clicking on the “Create Account” button, there is no confirmation message or visual feedback to indicate that the action was successful. This leaves the user confused and unsure whether the account was created. When the user clicks the button again, it shows an error saying the email ID is already registered. This creates a frustrating experience and needs immediate attention.
The same issue occurs during login/sign-in. After clicking the “Sign In” button, there is a noticeable delay before redirection. Since there is no loading indicator or message during this time, users are left wondering if their click registered at all, leading to repeated clicks and further confusion.

You can see for yourself that the one-click activation did not work as expected. Additionally, the implementation of the Accelerator is causing issues with user redirection. This problem has already been reported to you earlier.
Let me correct you, I tested this twice, the first email had outdated email so in video that is accidentally clicked. You can test it , it works flawless.
I have already shared the fix with you for the accelerator, if you include more plugins to be loaded in WordPress in accelerator there is no point of using an accelerator at all. WordPress is already bloated that it loads every single plugin in every single page, our accelerator is removing the plugins from wordpress loading sequence.

No, there is no such requirement, only for realtime updates in the app we recommend this. Otherwise the same effect can be achieved by drag and refresh feature, the firebase automatically refreshes the app making the app more realtime.

a latest guide must be available to set the “prevent simultaneous login” specially guide for setting up the firebase project and extracting keys to enter in the fields of vibe-bp firebase settings.
