I tried to create a new support ticket for this on your ticksy but the SUBMIT TICKET button remained greyed out and I couldn’t submit it.
I have two issues:
1. I need to edit out the “Archives” default text included in this category’s header.
2. I have 3 posts in this category. But a dummy text is what is being displayed as post summaries instead of real contents from the posts. Using the Wordpress “read more” tag didn’t help and I can’t find any way to do it in theme settings.

Hi, your item was available to download on Envato Elements which I did, and I’m here to report an issue that is causing the theme to not work. I understand you don’t regularly offer support for EE, however any help would be appreciated.
This is the error I’m receiving on a fresh WP install with all of the demo data: http://prnt.sc/ty66pb – this causes the theme options to not work, the customizer to not work, the Dashboard submenu items to not appear on hover amongst other things rendering the theme useless. Disabling all plugins doesn’t work, the only thing that works is switching back to a default theme. Is there anything you can do to help?

No, I tried with multiple installations. Some were via 1 Click Install, others via Softalicious. Regardless of the install, it didn’t work and the only solution was to switch themes.
These were 100% clean WP installations.
