I sincerely hope it’s not the case, but it looks very much like this theme has now been abandoned. Very sad, because it is excellent. Check out the support forums, and even imaginem website.

Hi, I installed and imported your demo data but all which got imported is ‘shop’ pages. None of the other pages are being imported, I tried multiple times. Please help.

Hello, I am using the Blacksilver theme in version 9.7. As soon as the page goes into responsive mode, the logo is moved to the left above the hamburger menu. The page can also be moved slightly to the left or right on a smartphone. Is this a known issue? When I open the shop, the problem with the logo still exists, but the page content is now fixed in place. I would appreciate some help.

I have been happily using your theme for a couple of years. I now discovered that ChatGPT is not able to read the content of my site which is pretty bad nowadays. ChatGPT says there is a 500 internal server error. So I first checked my hosting but everything looks fine. I then checked other Websites that also use BlackSilver and ChatGPT can’t read a single one. So it is rather unlikely a server problem. Do you have an idea why this is the case? What is the workaround?

Hi Phil, a 500 internal server error means something was wrong with your site. It could be that the server might be preventing GPT to scan it. Servers can do this. Please contact your webhost if you see server specific errors.
500 error is a broad level server error which hides specifically what type of error it is for security reasons. You can contact them and ask them for details.

Currently no, there is no method to check how many times an image has been downloaded.
Currently there is no feature that allows user registration and then download. You’ll need to a username management module to get this done which isn’t there in the theme.
You can enable/disable right click block via customizer.
Customizing ▸ General ▸ Right Click Block

Hello, Does your theme use lazy loading for images in the slider? Because I am aiming to load more than 100 images. Will this be a problem?
