There is an issue where the logo is not appearing. Instead the site title and tagline appear and it also pushes my menu down.

The http://support.proteusthemes.com should work. You have to select the right page template and add slides in the wp-admin, that’s all. Instructions are in the docs as well.

In the code above, I’ve replaced my actual directory name with “mydomain”. Other than that change, the message above is what I get when I activate the carpress theme.

No, for it is not possible to have fullwidth filters. But it is possible to have latest products on the homepage, not visually the same as the services, but as the list.
The front page is entirely made of widgets, no site builder implemented.
There are 9 page templates available (shop, contact, appointment, 3 for front page etc.)

Hi, if you mean how long one slide is displayed: in customizer, section front page.
If you mean the speed of the transition – there is no option in admin for that as the slides are changed using CSS.
