Yes, you can use the corporate frontend theme in shop ui. Also you can use the admin features in the shop ui by including the plugins.css and components.css and related plugin’s css and js files.

Thanks for responding. I wish you add more options for one page like other front-end templates. Also, you might want to add twitter id into the documentation. Two more questions:

1) How to change colors of navigator bars, and also the page background in front-end templates. 2) How to change “Our Clients” section to show more rows (to show display more clients)

1) To customize the theme in CSS level you can override the css code in custom.css. Just refer to layout.css and style-responsive.css themes/red.css files and override required code in custom.css.

2) The content slider plugins supports only one row. But you can add more logos and view it using the left and right navigation icons.

Thanks for your suggestion. But this is not in Metronic’s scope. Metronic is an abstract HTML theme and it does not cover the server side functionality since server side functionality can be different for each buyer depending on actual project business model, server side language(php, .net, java, python) and datatabase(mysql, mssql, oracle, mangodb, etc…). So basically Metronic is not fully functional admin system, as named its an admin theme.

Metronic is not an installable theme and to utilize the metronic in your custom system you will need some experience in end to end web development since this theme is not for non-developer users. Metronic is an HTML theme(built with HTML, javascript and css) without actual functionality(the database integration and application business model). The actual implementation is responsibility of buyer. Basically any web applications/systems contain of 2 layers:

1) Design and Frontend UI(html, css, javascript)

2) Actual system implementation using a server side language such as PHP or Java, and database engine such as MySQL or Oracle.

So our Metronic theme, as an HTML theme helps you on the step #1. The step #2 will be responsibility of the buyers as every buyer has own requirements and system specification.

Also, on the onepage-index.html page, I see the settings thing that lets me move the menu to the Top instead of the bottom (default), but how can I set it to load at the Top by default? Could not find how to do this in any documentation.

One more thing

The color-changing logo at the top of the page, these are actual .png files that are changing which is not that easy to customize.. How would I convert that logo image to just plain text that I could change the font color of instead of a png?

Thanks for your feedback.

1) You can rename and admin folder. That’s fine. But when you change the folder location(if you move the folder to upper or lower levels) then you will need to change the assets paths(js, css and img file paths) in the HTML code. That’s it. You don’t have to change anything in css files.

2) As documented in the html code you will need to apply “menu-always-on-top” class to the BODY element in your page.

3) You can change the logo colors from the psd file: ONE_PAGE.psd(find it in ‘_resource/frontend/theme_psd/onepage/’) Replacing it with text would require some changes in HTML and CSS.

You can use “onDataLoad” callback to set checkbox states based on an array that contains checked checkbox values:

            onDataLoad: function(grid) {
                // execute some code on ajax data load

                $('input[type="checkbox"]', grid.getTable()).each(function(){
                    var val = $(this).val(); // match value with selectedRow array and
                    if (..do mathcing here..) {  // matched 
                        $(this).attr("checked", true); // update actual checkbox state
                        $.uniform.update($this()); // update the customized checkbox UI state
                    }
                });
            },

You can create an global array variable and use it to store the checked checkbox values. Also you will need to set a global handled for checkboxes so you can get the checkbox ID/value on checkbox click and save it into array.
