The last Cloud bundle never had a promotional bar at the top. I don’t think they do them anymore with a 7 day bundle. Maybe on a bigger bundle they do but on smaller ones it’s just notification. I already asked about this when my item was in the last bundle and that’s the answer I got. I also asked for affiliate banners to promote the bundle but they stopped them as well on these shorter bundles. You would have to create your own affiliate banners and promote the bundle yourself.
Once I’ve completed the design in InDesign then i save it as a JPEG, place it in Photoshop and then use it to trace in Photoshop.
This is a really good workflow. Sometimes the things could be so simpleAnother question to you: I saw that you create your magazine templates in two dimensions (A4 and Letter). Do you use the liquid layout option or do you adjust it in another way? Thanks for your help.
For the magazine print layouts I just use alternative layout. I always design in US letter first then adjust the whole magazine to A4 as I find this way it is easier to resize and adjust the layout easier than to do it from A4 to US letter! You would use liquid layout for iPad and Tablet magazines for switching from vertical to horizontal layouts or vice versa.
Even if it’s a single page item like business card or flyer why not just do it in both InDesign and Photoshop.
Thanks to all of you for your detailed help and comments so far.Regarding the “build it twice” issue…how do you manage that? Are you build up your item in, let’s say INDD and after you finished it, you drag it to photoshop and make some adjustments? Or do you start with a blank screen and build it up a second time? Is there a option to save a bit time?
I’ve designed some items using both InDesign and Photoshop. I’ve used InDesign first and then Photoshop. Once I’ve completed the design in InDesign then i save it as a JPEG, place it in Photoshop and then use it to trace in Photoshop. Most of the vector items I cut and paste from InDesign into Photoshop. This way it keeps the vector info and places it as a smart layer.
I agree with you. However if you notice most business cards and flyers are designed using Photoshop. I would say if you’re designing a single page item then Photoshop is fine (But I’d still use InDesign myself!) but if it’s a multiple page item then InDesign is the more better and suited option. Even if it’s a single page item like business card or flyer why not just do it in both InDesign and Photoshop. This way you’ll generate more sales. But definitely not for a multiple page item Whenever I see a multiple page item designed in Photoshop, it irks me!

I still think VIEW PORTFOLIO button on the profile page should be green. Only on the “profile page”.

Fair enough. But what about just making it green on the portfolio page? Or if that style was applied would it affect the item pages also? If so I’m sure you devs will know a way to counter that
