I’m have faced with the same problem regularly. This is obvious that reviewers have different requirements for the quality level of work at videohive, sometimes very different… Unfortunately..

Templates are After Effects project files, they created in After Effects and can be edited only in Adobe After Effects software. Stock footages and motion graphics files you can edit in any software for video montage.
Hi everybody! Recently I see some strange troubles at videohive with items and previews and I decide to write about them.
Here 3 last:
1) My last item was approved 5 days ago, but page did not worked. I had waiting 3 days when support fix this problem and now page work but it far from main page and I have 0 sales. Buyers just not saw it when it was released!
2) Here other similar problem: page works, file online, but video preview not found!
3) Check also this page and look to video preview. Other problem: page works, video preview works, but there is problems with some part of video, it show “not found” placeholders. How it was approved?
I just want to understand what is causing such a strange problem: saving time, personnel problems, or something else? Authors seriously works on their products, for some of them this is main work, and they need serious feedback from service.
This is terrible.. 3 days page not work, man from support say that he take my ticket and “assigned it to one of our level 3 teams. They’ll be in touch with you shortly.”
Hi, sorry to hear that. Must be an error on envato’s site.
Contacting support was the correct way of handling this.
I’d also recommend to try these things: When you look at your portfolio in list view, you can go directly to the edit page of your item. Can you reach that or is it also an error page?
If it is not an error page, just try to change a little thing in the desription and save that and see if that somehow magically republishs your item.
If this doesn’t work then change one tag and write in the message to reviewer box about your problem.
