You need to go the the item page, click on the edit tab and re-upload all the files minus the video preview file.
Do everything as if it were an original upload submission.
Then in the Notes portion below, tell the Reviewer that you want to remove the video preview, and that is the only reason for the update.
That should get the result you want.
Many Authors have speculated about this one for many years now.
1. A Reviewer not sure if to Accept it, and is seeking a second opinion.
2. Your item is highly acceptable and they’re having problem pricing it.
3. Your item is on the border of being accepted, but the Reviewer is asking for help in identifying the problem(s).
4. Your item is highly suspicious and needs legal Review.
In all actuality, we never know why this happens, and it happens often.
You’ll just have to wait and see.

I’m noticing that the Pricing Tool does not always function properly.
Noticed this from day one.
It’s still acting up and not accepting the changes, it just goes to a blank screen.

You cannot complete the submission without a preview image.
Go ahead and try.
You will get message “You are missing a Preview Image”
Did you Unzip the Original Downloaded Zip File, then Upload to Your WP Admin the Theme Only?
If you/re still having problems, please check the Themes’ Item Page for Support.
Have you tried checking the Support Tab(s) ?.
