That’s right. Also: Bear in mind that if you output text from Photoshop to print, it’s always the same dpi as your photoshop document (usually 300 dpi). If you output text from Indesign or Illustrator, it’s usually 1200 dpi or even higher.Personally, I would never design any “text-driven” documents in Photoshop. Even if it’s ‘only’ a business card: Text will never appear as sharp as it could be. Especially so, if the text is not 100% black (or cyan/magenta/yellow)... Hard to explain, but those people who have “print” or “pre-press” knowledge will know.

From what I know – there’s no real difference about the folders on a Mac vs. PC for Wordpress Theme.
Make sure your theme functions on a live server before you try to upload to Themeforest.
