LOL yeah be the freak on the street
HAHAHAHAHAspread the word of the Lord
Out of sarcasm, I will address my answer to you KISS -LIPS-AVATAR-PERSON. Prophetic insight does not include the mockery of one you mean to share insight with. A person’s decision is his own right, as is the flow of a river, when water agrees to follow its course through the trenches it carves out with its mighty and fluid erosion. If you were to mock that water, and pretend that you could give it insight with harsh judgement, that water will surely keep flowing past you. And if you assume that you can challenge that river, even with your ability to run along side it, you will surely be wasting your time. That river will not change course simply because you can shout at it that it does not listen to you. But like fulfilling a purpose, even a human chooses to change the course of something it can utilize. That river still flows, even if it agrees to flow along the courses which that human dictates for it. And shouting at it to force it to gain your enlightenment is not going to prevent that river from flowing. Lets see where your intentions bring that river. Either let it flow, or fulfill your wish to stop it. But like the coursing of one’s blood in his or her veins, you should know, that that too will one day come to the halting of its course. Let the river flow. And to those who say the word, “LORD”, yet does not do as he does, ... I know you. I know you best. I AM YOU ! testing, testing, adversity, and reward. derision, fulfillment of ones own accord. But out of sarcasm we speak, and to mock below the light as we drown into darkness. Behold… soon enough. Good stuff. Anyway, I like potatoes.
You see, it was worth it after all. It got you thinking, writing and creating!
You are not doing humour , you are sarcastic I don’t care if you can use big word .. I’m french , I won’t start to elaborate on my state of mind like you do. Ok you think the planet suffer , you think everybody is supid and doesn’t follow the good goals like you do .. but that’s the way it is and you won’t change the world on an internet forum , go in the street and speak to people all day long about your way of living if you think it’s the best ..Get a sense of humourGet lost. And YES I think that the fact DS make a lot of money if awesome … because that show how the guy worked hard to learn everything he know and do everything he do.Genius. Such prophetic insight.
Oh la la, quel mélodrame! Visiblement, le commentaire d’hier sur la démocratie t’as pas plu (tu l’as mal interprété d’ailleurs), tu me provoques ici, je réponds avec un peu d’humour, basta c’est tout. Faut pas avoir tant de haine dis-donc.
That’s so melodramatic! You obviously didn’t like the comment I made yesterday about ‘democracy’ (you misread it by the way), and so you provoke me here on this thread and I respond in jest, that’s all there is to it. No need to be so angry.
Get lost. And YES I think that the fact DS make a lot of money if awesome … because that show how the guy worked hard to learn everything he know and do everything he do.Genius. Such prophetic insight.
Get a sense of humour
T’énerve pas l’ami, on fait que taquiner, rien de plus.
And YES I think that the fact DS make a lot of money if awesome … because that show how the guy worked hard to learn everything he know and do everything he do.
Genius. Such prophetic insight.
@Kiss_Collective I totally respect your ideas and everythingThanks DDStudios. I’m so glad that you approve.
I do not approve , I respect .. it’s different.
Here on the market place .. it’s a job that you are paid if you do a good job … there is so much job in the world that doesnt work like that.So it’s encouraging to earn a lot of money here because it mean we did a good job , and that is what is important in my opinion , work hard.
You are 100% right. Well done.
@Kiss_Collective I totally respect your ideas and everything
Thanks DDStudios. I’m so glad that you approve.
Thanks for taking the trouble to think. That act alone vindicates my interjection.
40% of what I earn goes back to my community (as tax)... as you might know in South Africa we have the highest HIV / unemployment / crime rate in the world and millions living in poverty, so if I’m doing well then that is a good thing since my tax money goes straight back to help others…so don’t cue the violins just yet
Do you know that for a fact? Do you have credible documentary evidence that your personal tax dollars are being channelled towards the fight against poverty and HIV ? If so, which agencies receive that money? What are their ethical records? How are they spending that money? In short, can you see and offer proof of the tangible impact of your taxation?
Because if you can’t, then let’s cue all the violins we can find to accompany the melancholy that dependence on an allegedly democratic system that has hoodwinked you into a false sense of security evokes. But let’s not stop there, because if you don’t know, then it’s your duty (and indeed your right) to find out.
And it’s not about a pursuit for money… Flash is our passion, we do this because we’re passionate about it and it just so happens we can make money doing what we do.
That’s irrelevant. What is relevant is what you do with your money.
Here’s one example of the type of individual consciousness that will become increasingly prevalent throughout this century; if, that is, we are serious about constructive evolution as a global network of human beings: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8360098.stm
To me, this thread illustrates the deep foreboding I feel about our current state, here and now, as we go about our daily lives on the surface of this planet:
There is nothing wrong the with pursuit of money, clearly we need to sustain life, and the trade of goods is the current model we rely on. But please, out of respect for this world and for one another, let’s not elevate that pursuit to the level of idolatry. It is a means to end, but an end that I feel we’ve lost sight of in recent years.
Last Thursday I chose to donate $500 of my personal money to Friends of the Earth. It was to assist with a campaign aimed at rallying leaders and states persons worldwide to up the speed and reach of social action on climate change.
$500 is obviously a blip in the ocean given the scope of this particular struggle, but it was a big deal to me. I’m not rich – far from it. Morally and intellectually, I’m no better or worse than the next person, but on that day I chose to recognise money for it is: a material means to an end, that in the face of a greater cause, must be put to better use than individual gain.
Granted, this is not a universal choice, there are still many for whom the accumulation of money is beyond reach, but all of us here, simply through our ability to visit and use this website, are in a position to choose. I think it’s important to recognise that.
Inevitably, this post will be construed as moral evangelism; a vain attempt at occupying the moral high ground, but that’s far from any agenda I had in mind. In fact I have no agenda at all, except to put money in perspective, to recognise for what it is, and not to let it cloud our vision and pursuit of a better world. Thanks for bearing me out.
