In my case depends from month to month (not weekly), sometimes 3-5 sometimes 1 sometimes 0.Maybe someone has a different experience and i hope it will share with us.
For item support I think the most important thing is to describe in tutorial every step how to replace all necessary assets if you want to avoid contact from buyers and bad rating.
Wow, that’s amazing! I wonder how much of that has to do with AE users being more technically capable than the average WP user.

I’ve sold on just about every Envato marketplace, except VH and AJ, and each one requires a drastically different level of support. TF authors end up having to hire entire support teams. I almost never get a question on my GR items.
How many questions do you guys get per week? Is it mostly support, freelance requests, or something else?
PS – It’s been 9 months since I’ve posed here on VH (back when I was staff) and I miss you guys.
I only get a handful a week, but I don’t get many sales these days and a lot of them are from GraphicRiver, which requires almost no support.
Might it be something you can reduce by improving your help docs or improving your knowledge base? If you get the same questions over and over, it might be worth changing the file itself. Good luck!
