@Jordan_M any idea who much more we will need to wait to get a reply? We have now waited 33 days with no reply at all.
Thank you for looking into this and getting back. I understand that there was no estimated time for when we could expect a reply, but when the frontpage says that there is a “Dedicated Support” you don’t expect to wait 29 days for a reply.
I understand that this could happen for small teams such as developers on Codecanyon or Themeforest, but not from Envato! Surely you guys are more than 1-2 people

Now 18 days has gone by and we haven’t heard anything. Your team must really be behind with the reviewing process.

Yes we are already a service provider on Envato Studio. Just posted a new service.. but getting no reply at all!
I’ve sent several emails using the form on studio.envato.com, but I haven’t receive a reply. 12 days ago we submitted a pretty simple service, but haven’t heard anything. Is that normal?
Does anyone know what the expected review time is for new services?
