Hi, anyone know of / making a theme that uses Paypal to handle payments then creates a random (PHP?) link to download the purchase. I can set Paypal buttons up easy enough but the redirect after payment always goes to the same page so there’s nothing stopping one buyer sharing the download url with someone who hasn’t paid, as such I need to redesign the site (it’s a personal project) and am looking for a theme.
Hi de hi campers, just back from my hols (see my vids on YouTube if you like) and looking around the forum. I wanted to reply to a few threads but either Envato or Google Chrome seem to be not willing to play today – I can’t see the tick box for ‘Email me when someone replies’. Any ideas?
I’ll save a shortcut to this thread on my desktop gnnn.
The way I see it is a pro takes one hour to do what a medium-skilled dev/designer can do in two or three so the pro gets to charge a better rate because either way that one hour’s worth of work ends up costing the same. As the medium-skilled guy/lady gets better so they can work as fast and as well as the pro so his/her rate goes up…well, at least that’s the way I’ve always worked.
PS If you need for me to see your reply please email me as Chrome seems to have a quirk today of not showing the tick box for ‘Email me when someone replies’. Hmmmm…....
Congrats webtunes, nice work.
Nate, please contact me again.
Sent you a message.
Got it, will email you the details thanks.
I know there are a lot of great WordPress dev’s here on ThemeForest so I’m posting this job here: I have a design that needs to be developed into a WordPress site. If you have a portfolio of your work and are ready to start straight away then please contact me, base your quote on developing a ten page WP site from PSD ’s, full details on request.
Please contact me via my profile asap – I go on holiday on Thursday morning.
PS If this goes well I have WP themes as PSD ’s that we could collab and sell here on TF if you’re interested.
I look forward to hearing from you.
@JeffreyWay, I can’t find anywhere to submit my business card designs as a GraphicRiver freebie, please advise.
I submitted a template once with an image of a woman for whom I have a signed model release with a photocopy of her driver’s license and it was rejected for ‘suspicious content’, so I wouldn’t waste my time. That’s my 2 cents anyway
Just to let you all know that Google Chrome offers the user to resize textareas which I have tested and it can throw your design out. I thought you all might appreciate a heads up.
Add this line to your textarea to stop GChrome being a naughty boy:
