Seriously, we aren’t the kind of team that submits a crap and then asks why its not approved. Our theme got soft rejected and we made changes at least 5 times and our reviewer keeps coming back with small changes which I’m for certain aren’t even needed since I already have another WP theme that doesn’t have them and many others don’t have either, this is just getting ridiculous.
So is there any way of changing reviewer or I should submit a support ticket?
Thanks (sorry for /rant )
Yes. Why dont u try it instead of spaming in the forums? It happened to me 2 days ago, I tested and worked, not that hard lol
You dont need the , before Ltd. If your company is called John Smith, it should display like:
John Smith Ltd
Hi guys. I was wondering if you guys knew a free or paid colour picker to use in my next theme for the demo preview. It needs to be colour picker since they will be able to change it to any colour they want.
Using the grid to create 2/3 columns, adding an image with a border and a heading + some paragraphs doesn’t make it ready for ThemeForest, I can do that in 3 minutes. You can’t expect to be approved here with this http://prntscr.com/wy0rt
As I said earlier i’m a new Author. So yes I have ups and downs.
But are you sure you can create my theme in 3 minutes. You are an elite author. It doesn’t mean you can insult everyone. And are you sure my theme only has some images with borders a heading and some paragraphs?
The screenshot you given is only for “portfolio 2 column with desc” layout. There’s still 6 other layout’s there. Its a portfolio post type. So obviously 7 layouts is enough to satisfy a client.
My theme has many other stuffs like custom login page, register page, edit profile, author page, contact form, google maps, slider, 10+ blog templates, social connect, 100+ buttons, 10+ widgets, responsive videos etc.Come on master, I’m just a beginner here in TF. I spent more than 1 month in coding this theme. So I really appreciate you, if you give me some tips to improve my theme. But you making me feel like I coded a crappy theme.
What I think he meant is that you need more detail. Check your paddings/margins and check how the top authors approach different layouts. Also, font try to do both designer and coder work it generally doesn’t end pretty
Hey guys thanks for the suggestions. I decided to go for Looking on the Bright Side by SoundFix.
Good luck everybody with sales!
