Thanks guys! Just resubmitted with a note to reviewer about that. Hope it’ll pass this time!
I just got soft rejected and one of the issues reviewer sent me is this:
What makes this really strange is that, as you can see in the image that the issue is from this path “/wp-content/plugins/ot-gallery” BUT my submitted theme doesn’t require, bundle or use that plugin. Then where did the notice come from? Does it mean that on the reviewer’s machine has this plugin installed and it caused the notice? So what to do on my end then?
Have anybody ever got this kind of rejection message?
Here are some results for the “Metro” search in WP category: http://themeforest.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=metro&view=list&sort=&date=&category=wordpress&price_min=&price_max=&sales=&rating_min= . Hope there are some themes that fit your requirements.

If you are looking for some Blog/News/Magazine themes, you can browse them here: http://themeforest.net/search?category=wordpress%2Fblog-magazine
But regarding the membership functionality, I think you might need the plugin for that (I am not sure whether there are any themes already integrated this though). You can try searching on Google with “membership plugin wordpress” keywords.

For soft rejection, if you already made changes to your item as the reviewer suggested, you can resubmit it with the note to reviewer about what you have done. You can find your soft-rejected item under the “Hidden” tab on your account.
There are many templates similar to that. Here are some templates filtered with “clean” and “fullscreen” tags: http://themeforest.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=&view=grid&sort=&date=&category=site-templates%2Fcreative&tags%5B%5D=fullscreen&tags%5B%5D=clean&price_min=&price_max=&sales=&rating_min=
Please contact the theme author directly for the issue: http://themeforest.net/item/genesis-responsive-moodle-theme/5457547/comments . They should be able to help you out.
@wilsonkasim – You cannot “fix” the HTML template to work as WordPress theme. They are different. Generally, the HTML template includes only plain HTML (or PHP) files and there is no backend to add/edit the content. And, it is not working with WordPress.
While the theme is like “skin” of WordPress. It includes a set of specific PHP files that works with WordPress.
If you would like to use the HTML template as WP theme, you would need to either manually code it yourself, or, find the WP version of that template (you can ask the template author if s/he also has WP version).
