I haven’t got an id number or anything? do they usually email you it or can you see it on your dashboard?
Yh I understand they must be busy, but not repying at all is pretty poor. If they can’t handle the nuber of emails they should hire more. Simple as that.

I have opened two support tickets now, one on the 18th of Novemeber, and one on the 6th of December.
Now I haven’t had a reply for either of these yet, is this normal or has something gone wrong?
Yh i think it is. Mine is too. It didn’t say it specifically in the email that it had been soft rejected, just that there were still some improvements to make with a link to edit the file.

try that catswhocode tut though. Its about actually integrating the wp-navi plugin into functions.php it should definitely work.
Also with the css try adding !important at the end of the values for the inactive page number. See if that works
