Thats what I was thinking, its a nice design but seems strange if that’s the only reason as I have a 65 PSD theme that’s $10 and if tests aren’t being done then why the difference as I don’t think my theme is bad looking.
Are price tests been done on the PSD category? as I’ve just noticed a theme with only 6 PSDs for $12.
Been waiting for a similar time too. Just a couple months ago it would only take 2-3 days max, what’s happened in the mean time?
I was thinking about an external monitor but it’s not really an option at the moment and zooming in at 200% makes the image look worse than what it does on my old macbook. Thanks for those suggestions.
I honestly thought that adobe made it so that one could use normal dimensions and it would display vector layers in retina.
Just got a retina macbook pro and it would appear the only option is to design at double the dimensions, which would also mean things like 20px fonts would be 40px. This is obviously bad for customers as not everyone has a retina display for such PSDs, is there any other designers who have the same problem? and if so what do to get round this?
I’m looking for a Wordpress developer to partner with to code my Velocity theme, I’ve already created the HTML version so that can be used if necessary.
I’m looking for someone who already has items on themeforest with high ratings, who will communicate in a timely fashion (good english is a must), who keeps to their word and can create great work that will take what I’ve already done to a higher level.
If you’re interested please contact me directly and we can talk further, thanks!
If I’m using an icon font in a PSD should I convert the font layer? as the buyer may not have the font.
The only other options I can think of, but I’m not sure about, is either add the font in the final download or just link to where the buyer can get it.
Can’t see anything relating to design. I’m not looking to create anything for the Ghost blogging category but I think they damage the brand that envato has created.
I wont mention names but some of the recent ghost themes look so oudated by todays standards and would 100% not make it into other categories. Are the standards lowered for ghost theme approvals to make up the numbers?
Just to clarify I think there are lot’s of fantastic looking ones too, I just felt compelled to see if anyone as shared my opinion on the matter.
