I don’t know if this is a new guideline, but it would only seem logical that the project should be set up as it is intended to be printed.

Without the spreads the buyer would have to do more work setting it up to match your intended layout.

also, have you considered using InDesign or Illustrator, as they would provide better quality Text items in the final pieces printed.

Photoshop only outputs Raster text.

Thank you for the reply, I’m not good at Indesign and how to make a spread ? doubles ? or all the files should be settled in one large file ?

Can you please guide me on how to do it ?

Thank you

Yes, no problem. Photoshop is perfectly acceptable for print items.

Cheers

Sales are dead, I am going to leave the marketplace, it is not worth the time anymore. This is the result of Envato’s policy trough the years, the Atari effect has begun.
I’m totally agree with you that drop of sales is not a result of recent changes here. My pick of sales here was in August 2012 when I have 3 times less items. My bottom pick was in June 2014 with 3 times less sales compare to the pick of 2012 year. For me the break point or downward trend started on December 2012 when, if you remember, the review time was very very long. I worked very hard in 2013 but my sales continued to drop down. So this spring I was pushed to start new full time job to be able to eat and live as human. I am in the forum every day trying to read all interesting threads. Before 2 years there were no such threads like ” Happy 10 sales” or even Happy 100 sales. The amount of sales in these ‘happy” threads dropped down too. An year ago or more I started second non-exclusive account for my photos but I realized that I must add some graphic items to be able to withdraw one day my little earnings. This year I added a few quality items there spending more time for previews and detailed help files but it didn’t help. New files are almost invisible for the search system and as an author I feel myself also invisible some days. So my withdraw time ( minimum $50 ) for second account is 2 months. I’ve not given up completely by GR & PD but honestly I’m happy that I started this full time job. Now I can work on new items without thinking if my month earning will be enough for bread and internet. I’m thankful for help to many people that I met here so I had my happy times. But I’m not sure that someday I’ll be able to return on full time job here.

Hello, you are absolutely right, when I first met you I was having an earning of 800 USD per month, and in the last month it was 150 and in this month it’s just 16 USD for now… This covers 75% of my income and I’m so frightened to face the next month. Specially the overheads and regular live life expenses and stuff….. :(

I have actually seen a sales boost this month, not a drop. I’m very new so I only get a few sales a month, but I’ve seen a sale almost every day this month so far.

yes that can be, envato may be focusing on new members on SEO and throwing a little away the old authors
