wow…that is a big list. Very useful.
Too many indeed to mention…for me p&k, webmarbles and rimv are the best. They are just awesome.
congrats everyone…indeed the punkerpop one is nuts! just awesome.
Thanks for the replies guys. So as I understand it, adobe products do work with 64 bit operating systems well. I’m actually new to 64 bit systems. So is there anything that I need to consider before I go ahead and purchase it? Do all 32 bit softwares work on 64 bit pc’s? I did read on the internet that there can be some issues, but I’d like to know anything really specific as a we designer/developer that I need to look out for in terms of softwares I can use and cannot use.
I’m looking into buying a new laptop – HP Envy 15. So I was wondering if any of you can pitch in and give me some advice.
Basically, I’d love to hear from anyone who is using this laptop how they feel about it. I know it has a price point near MacBooks but Mac is not for me atleast for now.
Also, I’d like to know if any of you have experience of running Adobe products on 64 bit computers and if they run well without any issues. My major work is with Flash, PHP and MySQL but I want to start learning other stuff like video editing, 3D modeling, animation, etc and so I need a really good computer.
I can buy a desktop instead of laptop, but I move frequently and so a laptop will be a better option for me.
Any input is really appreciated. Thanks.
I guess I have to. I wanted to use the video for my new template. Just wanted to see if you guys know anything (they are hosted somewhere else?).
I see that the new assets from the music template competition are not yet added to the list. When are they coming?

Sorry I couldn’t respond quickly to this thread. Its been a couple of days since I visited the forums as I was out of town. Anyway, I’m really glad that my example helped you out. You can always mail me if you have any questions.
I see that the update is already uploaded. Looks and works awesome. Good luck with the sales.
I’m not using AS2 much anymore (AS3 has been the way for me for the last couple of months)...so I won’t be able to use your template. But keep in mind…you owe me one…
PS: Just kidding about the owing part…
not sure if this has been discussed…on the dashboard, when I submit a new comment and then click on the edit button of that comment, the submitted message is replaced by a form where I can edit the message. This part is correct. Now, if I click on the cancel button to exit without changing the comment, I can see the original message but the form is also there below it.
This happens in all browsers. I’m running a Vista Home premium.
