Yes I did check my email. This is no way to treat a member. I won’t even get to non-refunding issue.
This happened 2 days ago.
Whole thing started with a support ticket.
I tried to add funds to my account couple of times. Envato kept giving me errors, but it was actually pulling funds from our companies’ PayPal account.
I email them about it, and they disabled my account without telling me.
My funds were not visible on my new company account, and now I get “account disabled” while trying logging in.
I have emailed PayPal and opened a resolution ticket for purchases on paypal.
Way to go Envato, claim my $300, disable my account and not notify me about it.
