Well just off the Phone with VISA corporate im not the first to be duped and refund/excange not dealt with on Envato so they will issue full reversal of the Template deleted and this non working seems awful you have to take this steps rather than a friendly resolution but nice to know Envato is as Ebay is to buying physical goods with Ebay its a gamble if you get the real deal and Envato its the same with downloads a roulette wheel will it work will it not if it doesnt unlucky you lose.
Tried that and nothing even changed email to a 100% proven email just so that is not the excuse still being ignored by author and envato and no credit for either theme so speaking to VISA for Reversal of Credit card payment seems only way to acheive the aimed response
Iman 2 days of being ignored is why im angrey and to be fair yesterday thought it doesnt matter I will download the other magento theme etc I had paid for to find this has been deleted from my profile so this is why ENVATO leaves a nasty taste in my mouth if you would like me to provide the main useraccount for our business that proves we have in total as a company spent over 5 years £38000 I can this is my personal account to which I still buy significant number of purchases.
It might be a cool idea for the staff replying to look at the tickets rather than forums and I wouldnt be complaining
So as well as having no support or protection for bad script/themes nad having to basically hire a coder to fix badly written code that to be fair would actually be written better if they start it initially, but we also have to somehow hire a Server Specialist that can develope a Web Server that can receive imaginary emails thats a lot of work
Considering no where to view tickets how can I see replies

JYW-835-97124 – Duplicate ticket
YJA-871-13548 – Duplicate ticket
RHM-212-80341 – Opened yesterday and awaiting a reply from Support.So sorry for the wait as Support goes through some of their backlog of tickets. In the future, only one ticket is required for a support request. Opening multiple tickets or replying to a ticket before Support has had a chance to respond unfortunately slows down the ticket reply times even further. Thanks!
Erm which one they are all ignored:
Basically all ignored im shocked that Envato are that busy that a user purchasing £6000 a year of templates is minor and worth losing. We certainly wont be using again
On a positive note they at least responded to you they have ignored all our tickets we have spent a fortune on envato and they have proven how little they care about the customer makes you guys look bad
I have had an issue with a Opencart theme and they have ignored all support tickets, I gather that is also the reason they hide the View ticket updates as it will show they cant be bothered.
Thinks its bad as it reflects badly on the end author you guys and I certainly will be stopping using and when im spending $6-7000 a year on themeforest and videohive seems bad they want to lose.
There again business must be booming as I seem to be an minor unimportant small user so god knows what there main we want to deal with members are spending.
