Hi MartijndeBont, thanks for getting back to me, that’s good to know, I wasn’t aware music could be used for as part of a series under a single license.
I already use tunesat, it’s made me aware of usages that I would never have found out about.
Hi guys, just a quick questions regarding the licenses, thought someone on here might know before i go through the official support.
A track of mine has been used on two different t.v episodes of the same season, does this require the track to be licensed twice?
As we never know who buys the tracks (unless they leave a review) is it even possible to find out if people are just buying one license and using it for everything?
OK, so just a quick update on this. I updated the track, the upload was processed and accepted the new length and everything confirmed but the price remains the same. It was my understanding that tracks over the 2 minute minute mark get the $17 price bracket.
I’ve sent a ticket to AJ support but haven’t heard back and that was about a week ago now.
Oh and here’s the new version: http://audiojungle.net/item/new-beginnings/3054836
Ah ok, thanks for clarifying Mat, I think I’ll go with editing the existing upload then.
Hi guys, just wanted to pick your brains on something. I have track already on AJ that I’ve reworked to have additional sections, instrumentation, and better production. Its also longer and I’ve done some cut down versions and loops too.
In your experience is it best to edit the existing track/upload or just upload the track as new? I seem to get more sales on new tracks but I’d be interested in heating people pro and cons of either method.
Oh and here’s a new track of mine if anyone’s interested:http://audiojungle.net/item/epic-blockbuster-action/7208392
My first track was 3 days but the second went over the weekend and so took almost 5 days.
I’d also say ADK are always well received and obviously built for audio so you avoid the ground loop problems you mentioned + any dpc latency issues. Lenovo also have a good rep for building solid win laptops that seem to generally speaking work well for audio purposes.
Many thanks guys! Can’t wait to get writing some new stuff for specially for AJ.
Hi everyone, very happy to now be part of this community seems like a great place and I can’t wait to get stuck in and start getting on with some more tracks, maybe I’ll even go exclusive. I’ve even bought a few bits of other envato sites, some really talented people on here.
