I think webmaster is telling something else:for instance in my public collection: http://themeforest.net/collections/3070921-videographer-collection
some of those items, I have already purchased them, but I still see the purchase button under them, there is no indicator which of them I have already bought, maybe they should be marked something like this: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a54zapmc8
Hi, I can understand your frustration, but the installation service is not mandatory. It’s an extra-service offered in the Downloads page to those buyers who, immediately after purchasing a theme, need a fast installation (and all the other services).
If you already have someone who can install your theme or if you plan to install it yourself, it’s fine, you can just download the theme from the Downloads button:http://awesomescreenshot.com/01c4z5ryb6
It is not at all a hidden bill, just consider it an extra-option. You can choose it or not Good luck!
Just as a small feedback: I see that the badges are not shown anymore below the user’s avatar.
Before, when I was searching for new items, I used to read especially the comments from users with a “high” profile (buyer level 2 or 3, having been on the marketplace since 3+, 4+ years, etc)....Seeing the comments from these users always helped me choose the item easier and better. Now the badges are gone and when you read an item’s comments all seem the same
Hi Andrew, the Author Response Time will influence in any way the position of that author items in the search results?
Anyway, to come back to my original question:
- PSD regular license if for the case when I want to build a personal website based on a PSD design, website for which the users are not charged for
-PSD extended license (the one with ~600$) is for the case when I would like to create a themeforest item based on it, in which case I also need the PSD author approval.
Just wanted to check if how I understand it is correct.
Because if I am a buyer, definitely is easier for me to start building my website based on a template/theme instead of a PSD design….just thinking…
But still, many of those PSD templates have sales…
Then people are using them for what? Is hard to believe people buy PSD templates and then they build their website based on these PSD template…
This is still confusing to me:
someone can buy a regular license of a PSD template from here: http://themeforest.net/category/psd-templates , build a theme/template based on it and then upload the theme/template on themeforest (of course, with the condition to not include the PSD file in the package)?
