Hey folks, I’m the designer over at Tuts+.
I’m glad you like the new Hub look. It’s a beta, so your feedback is super valuable to us. Like dtbaker linked, http://hub.tutsplus.com/feedback is the best place to write your thoughts. We’ll read every form submitted through there.
@kriskorn Reimplementing the ability to filter by topics relevant to you is definitely something we’re going to look at. I think it’s a really valuable feature for a lot of people (myself included.)
We’ll also definitely be reworking the way the tutorial grid is displayed to tell you which topic a tutorial comes from.
Those two features are actually the two about which we’ve received the most feedback, so you’re not alone!
Also that support page is rejected for the reason of… fugly
Agreed and coded improperly. Look at this:http://imm.io/i53g http://imm.io/i53k http://imm.io/i53D http://imm.io/i53K – to be clear, that is not readable http://imm.io/i542 – spacing issues [Insert Default Reject Message Here]
Hey duotive. Something definitely looks awry there. Could you let me know which browser and OS you’re running?
Registering for an account on the new Support Center isn’t required to submit a ticket. We highly recommend it, though. It will help you keep track of your support ticket’s progress.
To lodge a ticket without being signed in, just hit the big ‘Submit a Ticket’ button on the homepage.
Hey Folks! My name’s Jacob, and I’m one of the designers here at Envato.
We thought it might be nice to give you something of a regular peek into what’s going on design-wise. So, we’ll be uploading new shots to Dribble every week, and posting ‘em here for you to check out!
If you’d like Envato to follow you on on Dribbble, feel free to drop your username and a link to your profile in this thread.
To kick things off, here are our marketplace mascots (originally illustrated by the marvelous Pasquale D’Silva) who I’ve dressed up a bit for some sort of… celebration.
