Hey Daniel, for example:
Buyer A: Buys a Transition (AE project $9) he might want to change colors, position, etc.
Buyer B: Buys the same Transition (Quicktime Movie only $6) he wants to use it as is and is not interested in editing anything.
Which means: As an author I will have two files that look the same in videohive but different price. Something like in Themeforest with Wordpress and html sites (same result but different code).
I’ve asked myself the same question. Something like Themeforest with Wordpress and html templates.
But if the image with recognizable face is only used in preview – you don’t need a model’s release – as long as it’s licensed for commercial usage. only case when you do need a models release is when you include the image with the file, but then you need it licensed for resale as well.
Did not know that. Thanks for the tip
Its very rare to get one. 1151 sales and only had one extended license.
this month I’ve got 2907 Clickthroughs, and 1 registered member. I know that the net is huge and that it is fairly possible that 2906 people weren’t interested on this marketplaces. However, comparing sales with other authors is fairly easy, but the referring data is not shared and I only know a few examples from around the forums.
I am writing the thread because I am curious to see if this rate of clicktroughs/registers is shared by other users: Those of you who get 10 persons to sign up have around 29070 clicks? Am I targeting very badly my referral links?
The answer to this and other questions, hopefully in the posts below.
Wow! that’s a lot of clickthroughs. I only have 117 this month with 3 registered and 2 deposits. Its weird, maybe your clicks are being shared?..
Guys, Just to add to my previous short reply.
YOU ROCK ! I wouldn’t change this community for anything. Each and every author and buyer in this marketplace has inspired me in many ways, actually too many ways to describe. The feedback, the ratings, the birthday wishes, the great projects, engagement congrats, I could go on with the list… These are things that push myself to be a better person, develop better skills, jump to new levels and create better things. For this, I thank “Everyone”.
@ Mark, Brian and Filips. I know this milestone doesn’t happen every day, and I’m very privileged for it. Thanks!
To all, I only hope that I can inspire you in anyway. Then, I will know I’m doing my job right.
Wish you all the best,
