To Envato support and this is the answer i got:
“Thanks for contacting Envato Support! My name is …........., and I will be helping you out today! I apologise for the delay though, as we’re currently trying to clear a huge backlog due to an influx of support requests. I took a quick look at the site and I didn’t find anything particular to the marketplace.”
Support then says to explain them more specifically what’s wrong. I had already said it all on the first message, so I gave up.
They have a few of my flyers as well. I already report this site 2 weeks ago. But support answered me that they couldn’t find nothing wrong about this site. I hated that answer I didn’t go forward with this, support not seeing the obvious, I didn’t know what else I could do. It ’s not a warez site cause they sell our items, plus they even offer customization for it.
