Have never seen ti before, but it looks fine. Friendly support via forum looks friendly and willing to help. There’re a few designers which offer developing design for that CMS .
CreativeStable, I’m no asking about it, while I’m not going to do that. Regarding Drupal themes: for standard modules (node, block, ..) it’s not so crazy to develop a theme as you describe it folks, but there’re tons of add-on modules that enable more functionality and bring new design elements to a page. I think the most complicated thing is “to theme” all those add-on elements. Reagarding admin theme – May be it could be better to leave garlando as default admin theme and not get in customizing it as “external” skin, while admin theme remains invisible for external users.
