Interesting, I just noticed that when checking the help link for you. Have you tried using FTP? This is usually a much better upload method for large files that via http.
Yes I uploaded it using SmartFTP. It is already uploaded to the server but sending it to the review queue is the problem.

I have been trying to send an item for review but it popped up an error message saying ‘that there is/are special character(s) in my main download. I re-uploaded the file again and waited for another 7 hours for this huge file to upload and this time, it resulted to ‘Whoops, Something Broke!’ page.
Please can anyone help me to send it for review? This is pretty urgent because file will be auto-deleted from server in the next 24 hours.

Well, I was trying to process an upload using Chrome and it was very slow to load Graphicriver page which is kind of awkward. I re-started my system and still the same with Firefox. So I tried to sign in using IE and surprisingly couldn’t sign in. I got scared and thought that something might have happened to my account and try using Firefox to sign in and it went well.
I don’t know if someone else is experiencing this strange sign-in bug or is it only me.
